Nature of Work

• Develop concepts/designs for various project typologies.

• Implementation of design with deep understating of local building codes and regulatory standards.

• Preparation of drawings and documents as required for various design stages of projects (Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender Design, Execution drawings/GFC)

• Nature of work shall cover the following - Client requirement interpretation, Concept arrival, 3D modelling and visualization, Zoning, Presentation, Technical drawings for site execution, Site visit, Site documentation report, etc.
